Thank you for your purchase from Sikkim Digital. As all our products are digital downloads, please review our refund policy carefully before completing your order.
1. All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales from Sikkim Digital are considered final and non-refundable. Once a download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, we cannot accept returns or issue a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after the purchase.
- Aesthetic Dislike: You are unsatisfied with the aesthetic of the photograph. We provide a watermarked, low-resolution preview of each image on our website, and it is your responsibility to review it before purchasing.
- Incorrect Purchase: You bought the wrong photograph by mistake.
- Software Incompatibility: The file does not work with your specific software or device. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before making a purchase.
- Lack of Technical Skills: You do not know how to open or use the file.
3. Exceptions for File Integrity
We will only consider providing a replacement file or store credit under the following, strictly verified circumstances. A refund is not an option.
- Corrupted or Damaged File: If the file you downloaded is confirmed to be corrupted and you cannot open it, you must contact us at [info@sikkimdigital.com] within 24 hours of your purchase. You must provide a screenshot of the error message from your computer. Our team will verify the file and, if it is indeed corrupt, we will provide you with a new, working download link for the exact same file purchased.
- Incorrect File: If the photograph you downloaded is verifiably different from the one you purchased, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. You must provide your order number and a screenshot of the file you received. We will compare it to our records and, if a mismatch is confirmed, we will provide you with the correct file—the exact file you originally purchased.
4. No Refunds, Only Replacements for the Original Item
In the rare event of a verified issue with file integrity, we will only offer a replacement for the specific file purchased. We do not provide monetary refunds or allow the replacement of a purchased item with a different item.
